Return Eligibility

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request clear photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the product and packaging so that we can investigate the issue.

If the issue is verified, we may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or other solution depending on product availability and circumstances.

Non-Returnable Products

Unless required by applicable law, the following types of products may not be eligible for return:

Return Request Process

To request a return:

2.     Provide your order number and reason for the return.

3.     Provide photographs or other information if requested.

4.     Wait for return instructions from our customer support team.

5.     Pack the product securely with its original packaging and tags.

6.     Send the product using the return instructions provided by us.

Please do not send products to an address other than the return address provided by our customer support team.

Return Shipping

For eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Bridelook.in may provide an appropriate return shipping solution depending on the circumstances.

For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another appropriate method communicated by us.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.

Refund Deductions

Where applicable and permitted by law, deductions may be made for:

Cancellation

Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or otherwise entered into fulfilment, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an eligible cancellation is approved after payment has been made, the applicable refund will be processed through the relevant payment method, subject to applicable deductions and laws.

Important Note

Slight differences in colour, texture, print, embroidery, weaving, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, and the nature of the fabric. Such minor variations may not necessarily be considered defects.
